and Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Framing Corner web site. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

General



These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

We aim to respond to your enquiries or complaints within 2 working days.

Typographical Errors



In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Framing Corner shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Framing Corner shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Framing Corner shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Payment Methods



On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and UK landline telephone number - the address and telephone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received. All payments must be made in GBP Sterling.

Availability of Goods



All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

Delivery Charges



All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. Delivery prices quoted are for most UK Mainland addresses. Northern Ireland(BT), Isle of Man(IM), Scottish Highlands and Orkney Isles(PA, ML, EH, KA, G, KY, PH, DD, AB, IV, KW), Outer Hebrides and the Shetland Isles(HS, ZE) will incur additional charges and may also experience delivery delays. All deliveries outside of the UK must be authorised by Framing Corner before purchase.

Delivery Times



Delivery of products (stock items) will normally be made within 3-5 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

Receipt of Goods



As soon as you have received delivery of the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.

Damage in transit



If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must inform us within 48 hours from delivery.

Incorrect Goods



It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation of Orders



Returns Policy Non-faulty Returns

You are entitled to cancel this contract within 7 days from delivery of the goods for a full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. The goods must be unused and ‘as new’ in their original box and packaging. You must notify us within 3 days from date of delivery and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return the goods from the original delivery address within 14 days at your cost. Any goods not returned in an ‘as new’ condition will either be returned back to you at your cost, or may be subject to a charge, which will be deducted from your refund. (Please refer to our T&C for further information on our Returns Policy).

Packaging



The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that returns are adequately packaged to avoid damage during transportation. Damaged products cannot be accepted for exchange or returned for refund. The product must be correctly packaged in its original packaging

Damaged Products upon delivery.



If your product is damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service telephone number within 3 days from the date of delivery. You will then be offered an exchange or full refund, whichever you prefer. If you require a refund or an exchange, we will request you return the product to us at our cost. If your product is found not to be faulty then your refund will be deducted the cost of collection / delivery. If the condition of the product is not ‘as new’ then we reserve the right to impose a charge to cover costs or return the goods back to you at your cost.

All products offered on the Framing Corner website are as displayed we cannot take responsibility for colour differences due to photographic display. All copyrights belong to Framing Corner unless stated by a written consent form.

Delivery Charges



We use a Courier Service for the majority of our consignments. We are able to post to the card holder’s registered billing address and only to UK mainland addresses (All deliveries outside of the UK must be authorised by Framing Corner before purchase).

Framing Corner Limited, our suppliers and staff ("we") are committed to protecting and respecting our customers privacy.

This policy, which should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions any other documents referred to on it sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us.   • We may collect information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

Cookies contain information that is transferred to your computer's hard drive. They help us to improve our site and to deliver a better and more personalised service. They enable us:

Refunds

UK Mainland Delivery Charges:

£1.99 - Order Weight between 0-1kg
£2.99 - Order Weight between 1-3kg
£4.99 - Order Weight between 3-9kg
£14.99 - Order Weight over 9kg (most paintings fall in this category)

We also offer the option to collect at Gallery which does not incur any delivery charge.

If you select to use the collect at Gallery option, we will notify you by email once the product is available for your collection.
